HoneyRoots Birthing Services

Placenta Encapsulation
Honoring your body, your birth, and your postpartum healing.
Placenta encapsulation is a traditional postpartum practice used across many cultures to support recovery after birth. I offer placenta encapsulation as a stand-alone service or as a private-pay service available to current doula clients, with care that is rooted in education, respect, and informed choice.
What Is Placenta Encapsulation?
Placenta encapsulation is the process of preparing the placenta after birth, dehydrating it, and encapsulating it into easy‑to‑take capsules for postpartum use.

Many birthing people choose this service to support:
Postpartum energy and recovery
Mood and emotional balance
Lactation support
Iron replenishment
Overall postpartum well‑being
While experiences vary from person to person, many find this practice to be a meaningful and supportive part of their postpartum care.
